Very nice. Now, paint everything flat white again so you can sell the place. That's what my real estate told me. I sold the place because of that, but hated every minute of covering up the beautiful colors I had previously painted.
Put your artwork on canvas and display them on the walls of hospitals for the comfort of the patients.
During my recent stay at HUP in Philly, I walked the halls and saw some amazing stuff. I contacted one artist who's work I admired (an abstract beauty) to ask how much she wanted for it, but she changed her mind and wouldn't sell it. But, she did tell me she wanted to make prints and would let me know when it was available. I look at that painting every time I go to HUP and it comforts me.You can do the same with your talent, Paul. Share your work.
We aren't planning to move until we retire...so, the painting on the wall can stay where it is for a while. The only image that I posted here that is not on paper or canvas is the mill and pond (the one with a thermostat in the middle if that wasn't obvious enough...haha). I've given away more pieces of art than I have sold, and in fact was just about to call a local gallery that benefits adults with special needs to see about putting some pieces up for sale there.
Paul, your works are beautiful and very relaxing on the eyes. You're quite the talented guy all around!
